Equality Happens? Love Wins

All of us have our own rights but some of us violate it because they know that they're stronger. They know that nobody will be able to hear them. They know that they don't have the power to shout for their own rights.

Image result for equalityThere are rights but why do people still feel that they are at the bottom of the society? As an individual, I know the feeling of being cast out of somebody. I know the feeling of being lonesome. I know the feeling of being valueless. I know those feelings and maybe you too knew that feeling. Now if you do not know yet that feeling, try to put yourself in that feeling or in that particular situation, how does it feel? Does it feel good? Imagine yourself that you're one of a child who wants to play, who only wants to join other children in their game then one will say "Go there! You don't belong here". What will you feel? Simple but heart melting situation. Why do we need to cast out others well infact we are at the same position because we are made fairly and we are all equal. No matter what gender you are, your skin color, your height. WE ARE ALL EQUAL because we are all children of God. Some people says that being gay or lesbian is against the bible but for me I can see no wrong with being different because it's their own decision and it's how they feel. If they want to be different, they can be different.

Instead of hating them just accept them. Instead of casting them out, just welcome them. Instead of hating them, love them.

Real Spirit and Soul of His Day

Season of giving, of love, of peace, of joy and of great tidings? That's Christmas. It's a season when we celebrate the birth of Christ the King, the redeemer of mankind. He is the reason for this season. What does Christmas mean to you?

Christmas is more than festivity and merry making. It is a time for the contemplation of eternal things. The Christmas spirit is a spirit of giving and forgiving. We need to spare time in reflecting on the essence of this period which is the LOVE OF GOD for humanity.

Language Text Hyper Mark-up

The title itself is a jumbled words of the focus of our 2nd Grading in ICT. It's all about HyperText Mark-up Language.

This topic is very new to us. I don't even have an idea that the Notepad is an HTML editor. When I was a kid, I use the notepad just like how I use the MS Word because I thought it's literally "note","pad". But then when we learned the HTML, it's like "wow amazing". Because it's like I'm programming. I also tried making a periodic table with the help of a person who is so close to my heart.

Hypertext ML made me hyper in this grading period.

Gurong Pilipino: Turo Mo, Kinabukasan Ko

Teaching is a noble profession. Without teachers, other professions are not made. Without teachers, personalities will not be mold correctly.

Teachers' day celebration highlights the teachers’ invaluable contribution to the delivery of quality, accessible, relevant, and liberating basic education in the country. During their day, activities are conducted such as asking students to write feature stories about their teachers and publish these either in the school paper or on local newspapers or broadsheets. DepEd also encourages schools to organize special activities to honor teachers for the month of September such as poster making and essay writing contests. Schools, DepEd added, may also organize cultural performances especially for teachers.

Their day should not be only on October 5. It should be everyday. So, to all teachers out there. Belayed happy teachers' day!

Wavefront: Accentuating Potentials, Activating Technological Advancements

Being celebrated every September, as mandated by the Presidential Proclamation No. 264 is the National Science Club Month.

The said club focuses on giving importance to electromagnetism which is discovered by Michael Faraday. This is the current cornerstone of human technological advancements that brought significant changes in the world today, and even tomorrow. The theme also assigns to the youth and Science clubbers the responsibility or role of accentuating potentials and activating technological advancements. It is also to promote public understanding of science, technology and environment, to boost scientific consciousness among the youth, and encourage the youth to participate actively in the Science Clubbing Movement.

Potentials are accentuated. Technological advancements are activated.

Equality is the Best Policy

People have their own rights but sometimes, others violate it. They violate it because they know that they're stronger. They know that nobody will be able to hear them. They know that they don't have the power to shout for their own rights.

Trocadero Plaza in Paris is where the Universal Declaration of Human Rights was signed in the year 1948 and also this is where a crowd of more than 100 000 was gathered in the 17th day of October 1987. There are rights but why do people still feel that they are at the bottom of the society? As an individual, I know the feeling of being cast out of somebody. I know the feeling of being nobody. Why do we need to cast out others well in fact we are at the same position because we are made fairly and we are all equal?

We are all somebody. We all deserved to be respected. Black or white, rich or poor, pretty/handsome or ugly. We are all one

Resiliency of Filipinos to Disaster

Philippines is a disaster prone country. What does disaster prone country means? It is a country that can usually experience disasters. Why is the Philippines called "disaster prone"? In what way can Filipinos survive the usual experiencing of disasters?

Image result for philippine disaster collage
Our country is located near the Pacific Ocean causing almost 21 typhoons to enter usually in our country in a year. Our country is also inside the Pacific Ring of Fire which means it is prone in earthquakes and later on tsunami and is a home for many volcanoes which causes volcanic eruptions. Because of climate change, we, Filipinos, experience La Niña and El Niño. When we say La Niña, we experience rainny season more than drought. When we say El Niño , we experience drought more than rainny season. Typhoon, earthquakes, volcanic eruption, tsunami, El Niño, and La Niña are categorized in the Human Induced Disasters. Those disasters stated were not just the disasters we can experience. There are also disasters made by man like for example pollution, war, and many more. Many disasters are felt but how did we still survive all of these? It is by being strong. Filipinos are known for being an optimistic people. We laugh, we feel and give joy and we don't surrender despite of the disasters we can feel. The word "surrender" is nowhere.

For the people of the Philippines, strongness is the best policy. We laugh, we feel joy, we do not surrender.

Reflection

Being on the next level is quite hard. Different hardships, sacrifices, challenges, problems and privations are what I have encountered. But at the end of the day, realizing that you reached your goal is really a satisfaction and an achievement.

Learning things that are new to our minds are really hard but it's exciting to learn and to explore just like what we've done in our ICT 10 1st grading period. Blogging is the main focus and being an amateur blogger is both interesting and a hard part. Many assignments, many reviews on quizzes and project making are what we have done that's why we have insufficient time and we can just make our blogs in our leisure time that's why we really to need fit the time to make all those. We have learned the history of the internet, language of the internet, fathers of the internet, blog, blog search engines like technorati and many more in the 1st grading. Challenges encountered like making a blog, knowing how to search using the 4 methods of searching and memorizing the dates in the internet timeline.

Moving on, I will continue being a blogger as an application of what we have learned to Mrs. Vera Cruz.
